1. Cancelling paid access
Users may cancel recurring Premium access from their account billing controls where available, or by using the official support channels published by Wolfron Technologies LLP.
2. Effect of cancellation
Unless otherwise stated at checkout or required by law, cancellation stops future renewal charges. Premium access may remain available until the end of the current paid billing period, after which the account may revert to the free plan.
3. Data after cancellation
Cancelling a plan does not automatically delete the user account or productivity data. Access to Premium-only features may change after downgrade, but account data may be retained according to the Privacy Policy and product design.
4. Account closure
Users who disable or close their account should understand that subscription cancellation and account status changes are separate actions unless explicitly confirmed together inside the product.
